Refund policy

We hope you enjoy your purchase, but if you need to return or exchange an item, here’s everything you need to know:

Return or Exchange Eligibility

  • Items must be unworn and in their original condition with tags still attached and original packaging undamaged.
  • We unfortunately cannot accept returns for swimwear or underwear.
  • Returns must be requested within 14 days from when you placed your order.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability.

International Orders:
Currently, we do not accept returns or exchanges on international orders. Due to the shipping fees and taxes, the return is more costly than the original purchase. However we do want to keep our international customers happy with their experience so please send us and email describing your issue with the purchase and we will see what we can do. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please email us at info@jacobtote.com within 24 hours of delivery, with clear photos and a detailed description. If the damage is due to a manufacturing fault, we will facilitate an exchange or return.

How to Process a Return or Exchange

1. Request a Return/Exchange:

  • Email us at info@jacobtote.com to organise your return.

2. Ship Your Return

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • If you prefer, you can arrange your own return shipping.
  • Items must be carefully packaged to avoid damage in transit.

3. Processing & Refunds

  • Once received, our team will inspect the item and process your exchange, store credit, or refund (if applicable).
  • Refunds will be issued within 3-7 business days (shipping costs are non-refundable).

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
